Olakunle Olutimehin (CEO) is a business leader with a strong passion for insights and how it enhances the lives of consumers and businesses. Kunle has numerous years experience in qualitative, quantitative and social research and have been able to advise business owners per-dominantly across sub Saharan Africa, on how they can build sustainable businesses based on enduring consumer needs and market conditions. He is a strategic and result oriented leader who has a proven track record of successfully turning around businesses by offering the best solution for client's needs. He began his career with Nigerian Breweries where he was rated as a seasoned performer. He started his research career as a research executive in kings and merchant. Then he moved to market research consultancy where he rose through the ranks. His proficiency in interpreting data and making inferences which provided clients with actionable insights distinguished him early in his career and he was able to grow tremendously to the rank of assistant general manager in market research consultancy. He was the crucial part of the research teams that won winning strategies for numerous clients.
He teamed up with notable professional in 2009 to establish Marketing Support Consultancy, where he is the Chief Executive Officer from inception till date.
Olakunle holds a Bsc. in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
Olakunle is a member of Pan African Media Research Organization (PAMRO) , African Market Research Organization (AMRA) , Nigerian Market Research Association (NIMRA) and Mystery shopping providers Association (MSPA). He is responsible for all the strategic business units of Marketing Support Consultancy across Sub-saharan Africa.

Seth Odiko (Country Manager Nigeria) has over ten years working experience in Market Research field operation, began his career with Research and Marketing Service (RMS) and rose through the ranks from interviewer to supervisor, later joined Marketing Research Consultancy as a field officer and later field manager, where he managed numerous projects (both Qualitative and Quantitative) in Ghana and other Africa Countries .Seth holds a diploma in Marketing from Zenith University, Ghana. He holds certification from Global Project professional Society Worldwide (UK) and Certification in Project Management.

Olaniyi Olutimehin (Head, Quality Control Dept) has Bsc. in Marketing from Ghana institute of management and public administration (GIMPA).He has over 9 years working experience in both marketing research and other fields. He has over the years worked with companies such as Nigerian breweries and LG electronics in various capacities. He is a Member of PAMRO, NIMRA. He also has a Diploma certificate in Data processing and Managements from Department of Statistics in university of Ghana.
Niyi has acquired vast experience ever since joining marketing support consultancy; He has worked in various departments in the company ranging from, Data processing to Field Operations and as a Research Executive in Marketing Support Consultancy Ltd, Ghana. He has worked on both Quantitative and Qualitative projects. After rising through the ranks he is presently the Head of Quality Control Department of the Agency. Niyi has been part of several training workshops both in Ghana and abroad.

Eroh Emmanuel (Head of field operations) has more than 10 years experience in Data Processing. He has worked with some of the leading market research agencies in Nigeria and within Africa. He started his research career in Pan African Field Services Ghana. He has also worked with several research tools such as QPSMR, SPSS, QPS and EPI Info, among others. He set up and handled DP processes for Gallup (World Poll survey) in more than 6 African countries and for other international clients.
He has also done data processing for various market research projects using survey methodologies such as Internet, face to face interviews, CATI, CAPI among others.
Emmanuel Eroh is currently the Head of Electronic Data Analysis at Marketing Support Consultancy and he holds a Bsc in Secretarial Administration.

Damilare is an astute and creative intellectual with eight-year experience in the research industry. His experience cuts across various industries like Food and beverage industry, telecommunications, banking and finance, manufacturing, healthcare etc. He has managed several qualitative and largescale quantitative projects across different countries in Africa.

Abel is an experienced, results-driven Research Manager with a proven track record of using data-driven strategies and consumer insights to fuel business growth. He is skilled at leading cross-functional teams and integrating market research findings into key decisions. He is also passionate about utilizing data to empower businesses hence has managed several research across various industries and countries.

Senior Research Executive
Courage joined MSC Limited as a Management Trainee, and over time, he ascended the corporate ladder to attain the position of Senior Research Executive. Throughout his career, he has accumulated valuable experience in various domains of market and social research. Notably, his contributions were instrumental in successfully executing a diverse array of projects.

Research Manager
Franklina's professional journey has been characterized by diverse experiences across multiple firms such as Centre for Media Analysis consult where she held the position as a media Analyst and also a Research Assistant at Bureau of Market & Social Research. She has managed different quantitative and qualitative projects across various industries in different countries in Africa.
